Shirasoni Japanese Sushi in Stockton

We met with friends at this restaurant for lunch. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. we highly recommend this place.

I come here often with my kids. Lately there is a certain waitress that always has an attitude. Her face and personality throws my experience off. I love the food and most of the employees but shes very rude. If there was a better place in town, I would go.

Good food and great service!

This restaurant is always filled with people because the food is so good. The cooks always are enthusiastic and witty. The food has always been cooked perfectly for me and my family whenever we go. It's also very welcoming and child-friendly. I would recommend the scallops.

I enjoy teppanyaki, and ShiRaSoni does an excellent job, including quality of food, attentive service, and "performance" by the chef. You can order other items, including sushi and sashimi. They also have traditional table service. The place is popular. We arrived about 5:15 on a Saturday night and we're seated right away. By the time we left around 6:30, the place was packed and there were many people waiting for a table.

This place is just wonderful, the aesthetic inside is amazing, the sushi here is absolutely delicious, and the way they grill and cook some items right in front of you (if you choose to sit near one) is also pretty amazing.

Great food great service is always. Friendly staff did I mention the cooks are funny. The Benz roll La very unique Rolex deep fried with a layers of flavors. It's my new favorite sushi roll

We order food to go the portions was half of what you normally get. They forgot our soups.

Man this place is a great place to bring the family or have a night out with friends. You get amazing food and some great entertainment. All though of you don't take up a full table you will be seated with other people to fill the table. The food is fresh and the chefs are fun and skilled. We brought my toddler and he liked it. They also have good drinks and sushi. The rolls are good price and big.

It's always delish and I tried a new Martini Berry Ginger. If you like Ginger you will like this one.

Placed an order to pick up spent $60 and the food was cold very disappointed

This place was great even though it was under staffed and we ended up waiting almost 2 hours the head chef that was doing saki bombs was amazing and made up for the owners lack of staff.

This place offers great service as well as yummy meals. My favourite place around town. The meals arrived quickly and the rates are reasonable. I recommend this place.

Dinner was cooked perfectly. The show was great & the sushi was on point. Not cheap at all but definitely worth it for a birthday dinner

Picked up order and potstickers were soggy due to steam in enclosed box and also in bag. Come on now, any restaurant should know not enclose potstickers until pickup to maintain crunch of outside. No one wants to pay for soggy potstickers. My sushi had steak and I asked for no pink/well done. Does that mean tough? Because the steak wasn’t tender at all. I’ve been here quite a few times but always for dine in. Take out was very disappointing.

The wait without a reservation can be long, but hands down this is a special spot for that family celebration or just a night out for fresh sushi and fun!

Shirashoni is terrible , i placed an order online .. called to confirm my order after they took my money .. they had no order placed for me , but took my money . person on the phone was very rude about it , i would consider placing orders online since it doesn’t go directly to them so she says !

I won’t be coming back! Only came because someone recommended.! The girl taking my order said the dinner was bigger than the lunch...paid $30 for basically rice! & was charged $3.00 for mushrooms and there are barely any! 1st & last time coming.

Love this place. Come here at least once a month because the kids jus can’t get enough of the show and food.

We went for a bday party. We had made a reservation and we still had to wait 40 mins to sit down, food was delicious as always. Our cook at our table was very simple. My kid and the other kids at our table kept looking at the other tables for the shows.

The atmosphere and staff are fantastic. You are guaranteed a good time here. The food though, well it is very average. What is cooked at your table you can make at home as well or better, and the sushi rolls won't blow you away. I must reiterate, you will have a great time here with friends and family!

We enjoyed great steak and shrimp. The garlic rice with Goody Goody sauce is the best. I had an apple martini which was amazing. This is a great place for special family occasions or meeting up with friends. Look for a good deal at Costco or sign up for their text reminders and emails for special deals. Love this place!

Host was cold and rude and food wasnt good my calamari wasnt cooked. No crunch on my crunchy sushi roll .I had a togo order . but it was packed in there.

I suggest getting the garlic fried rice! No regrets!

Sushi was amazing. The problem was the service. My wife and I went on a Tuesday afternoon. We waited for fifteen minutes before anybody acknowledged us. We were just about to leave. After that we were finally seated. They gave us two plates for our sushi. One was really dirty. We asked for a replacement plate three different times. Never got one. Like I said food was amazing, but don't go there expecting great service.

I meet friends in this lovely spot from time to time! This is my favorite place to have a bite. I visit this place many times. The cooking is just great, the staff members are helpful and the payment is reasonable. I enjoy going in this place over a good dinner.

Best place for a nice meal

My first job was here at Shi Ra Soni when I was 16 and I am now 33! Pleased to say that their food is still on point! 🔥 Thanks guys for a great meal last night! See y'all soon!
